I have seen some authors face the "second novel slump", but Ankit is no ordinary next door author. If there's only one word I could use for his novel "lights please", that would have certainly been "Deep". Emotions are displayed completely and descriptively throughout his writing and author makes just utilization of his professional background as a psychologist.

A relatable account of a person's suffering as a cause and effect of the loss of a loved one, the story takes the reader on a journey to explore one's feelings and their effect on one's mindset. The subsequent effect of such events on our habits and health can be well understood and the constructive discussions between the spiritual beings is bound to improve your response to life's hardships. I finished "Lights Please" last night and I had tears in my eyes. It literally made me surrender to everything nature has to offer. It gave me a perspective as to how we are the only ones who can get our lives back on track and we are in charge of our own thoughts. I am someone who always resorted to God in tough times and this book made me believe that there is indeed someone out there looking out for all of us. This has given me a different perspective to life. Thanks for giving us readers a beautifully written book with lots of life lessons 🙏🏻
