Ankit Jhamb

Ankit Jhamb is the Chief Learning Officer for one of the world’s largest consulting organizations. He has over 15 plus years of experience in capability development, coaching and mentoring, and driving organizational cultures. He has worked across various geographies and holds comprehensive exposure in setting up capability development architectures for various organizations. His training workshops based upon his mastery of psychology and his interest in spirituality have helped people evolve and acquire a dramatic shift in their perspectives. Ankit was recognized as the Top 100 Young HR leaders under 40 in the year 2020. He was also awarded India’s Young Mind in the year 2022. 

A natural storyteller, poet, marathon runner, philanthropist, and author, he has been living his life with passion and fulfillment.

Professional Experience

He is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Wellness Coach and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming and MBTI Practitioner. He holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and Psychology.

He has over 14 years of experience in Performance Consulting, Learning and Development, and Coaching, he has helped thousands of people to understand their selves better through his workshops and methods.

He currently serves as the Chief learning Officer (CLO) Of Grant Thornton LLP.

As an Author

Ankit’s writing journey started in the year 2019. His first book “Lost and Found at 35” was a great success and got shortlisted for a screen adaptation. His second book “Lights Please” was featured by Outlook as the most recommended book for the year 2021. His third book “Chasing fireflies” took him to the Top 50 Authors in India in 2021. 

“The Most Negative Book of Positivity” is his fourth book. 

In the last three years, he has authored 10 books. While only three have been published so far, he plans to release one every year. Most of the books/stories have a very strong reference to human predicaments and psychological issues faced by all. India Book of records also appreciated his books and contribution to the field of Psychology. 

As an Advisor

He is an advisor to the BRICS Chambers of Commerce, recognised as one of the Top 100 HR Leaders Under 40 by Jombay and was even awarded The Youngest Learning and Development Leader 2019 by the World HRD Congress.

As a Philanthropist

His vast experience and interests also include Philanthropy. He has been successfully running a social enterprise by the name of the Yakeen Foundation. He started the movement in the year 2016 with food drives which then got organized into weekly rations for orphanages and old age homes. The movement gained trust, and Yakeen Foundation ventured into the management of calamity crises, blankets drives, stationary drives for underprivileged kids, tuition fees, and many more. During Covid, Yakeen Foundation ran an All India Aao Khilayein Covid Helpline. The objective was to provide ration/food supplies to the underprivileged sections. 

All proceeds from books go into sponsoring food, stationery, and medicines as a part of the ongoing projects under the Yakeen Foundation.
